“the mill”
The desire to be connected to history and tradition is a powerful draw for folks in the business of beer. That’s why it’s difficult for new breweries to not succumb to the siren song of an old industrial building. Aged bricks, wood, and metal are constant visual reminders of the hard-working people who came before us and we have a desire to continue that sentiment. That’s why repurposing “The Mill” felt like a natural choice. As it is with most revitalization projects, it was not accomplished without overcoming some unique challenges. But we are proud of the work that we have done to breathe new life into the old bones of this blue-collar beauty.
